Arroyo del Moro Viticultores is a family project dedicated to recovering and preserving the winegrowing heritage that our elders devoted their lives to caring for and safeguarding. We are a project rooted in respect for nature, and we seek to express the unique character of our Garnacha vines and the lands that host them.

Our small Garnacha vineyards are scattered across the rugged Alto Alberche. These old bush‑trained vines, over 70 years of age, grow on granite soils—living soils free of chemicals that we cultivate while protecting their biodiversity. We farm a total of 2.5 hectares between 850 and 1,070 meters of altitude in the Sierra de Gredos, in the villages of Villanueva de Ávila and San Juan de la Nava.

From the very beginning, we have worked with determination to craft wines that capture and express the terroir of each individual plot. Our philosophy is to care for Garnacha by tending our vineyards in ways that enhance soil life and respect the natural environment, achieving balanced ripeness and producing mineral, fresh, and elegant wines.

Intervention in the winery is equally minimal: the grapes are foot‑trodden, just as tradition dictates, and each plot is fermented separately with long macerations to preserve the essence of every vineyard.
